Today, I’m joined on the show by a returning client: Lizzie Campanella. Last time, Lizzie had just landed a well-paying part-time role as a UX designer. Now, she’s transitioned to a full-time role with her dream company, and she’s here to talk about how to move away from a low-value environment and identity and into a mentality of higher value.
When you find a role you love in an aligned space, everything changes. This is a huge difference from when she used to undersell herself as a teacher, and Lizzie has done amazingly in providing an example of what’s possible in your career when you step into a high-value mindset.
