Welcome to episode 232 of the Get a Six-Figure Job You Love and Thrive podcast. This is the second half of the training on how to value yourself so you can get paid what you deserve in 2025. In this second half of the training, I go through the rest of like, if you listened last week, if you haven’t listened to last week’s, you should definitely go back and listen because it’s not going to be the same. And you can’t really like, it’ll be difficult for you to grasp and understand what’s going on this week if you didn’t listen to last week. So just listen to the whole thing. And then I talked to you about my value vision program, which is kind of a stepping stone to reach into my full program if you wanted to, because it’s a lower cost and it’s a shorter offer.

And I just wanted to do it for those who were not quite ready to join my bigger program yet, or just want to focus in on this one particular topic, because it’s one topic that I get a lot of requests for, a lot of feedback on. And it’s just something that I realized, like, I’m here, I’m here for that. And so I wanted to do a deep dive with anybody who wanted to do it and provide the most outstanding experience, like, so that when you leave, when you’re done with this four-week program, you’re going to feel like a completely different person. Like, I want to speed up that process for you that took me 10 years of my personal relationship. If you’re listening to the training, you’ll hear me talk about that a lot and shorten it for you so that you have everything you need to do this in four weeks. And then you’ll never be the same again. And you can always revisit the material. You’ll have access to it for life when you sign up. But it’s a deep dive on basically the VCVC method, value creation, value communication, all the different ways you need to be able to value yourself and talk about your value in interviews, in decision-making processes, in your professional career.

And I share with you along the way of, like, my whole thing of how I did it. And it just took me way too long, you know? And so I just wanted to share it with anybody who wants to do it and speed up that process, make it faster so that you can start, you know, making the money you want to make, feeling valued and positioning yourself in places where you deserve to be and feeling like, you know, you’re valued, respected, and you know how to either say yes or no to things so that that always happens. Or that’s just the normal for you.

That’s just where you are. You’re positioned in high-value, high-quality spaces and environments and you’re paid what you deserve. Because honestly, from the bottom of my heart, that’s my mission here on the planet is to help people figure out what they’re thinking and doing wrong where that’s not happening and make that happen for you.

So again, I had to share everything I needed to share to explain to you why this is what I’m doing and how I’m doing it. And I’ve been doing it for a while inside my program and it’s definitely one of the biggest requested topics that I get. So that’s why I did this training and that’s why I’m doing this program. So listen in, let me know if you have any questions and I’m here for you. So we’re going to play that second part two. Hey there, I’m Natalie Fisher.

I’m a six-figure business builder, a mom of a two-year-old, the recover of a 10-year narcissistic relationship and now in a super healthy one. And most of all, I’m a human who’s figuring this out with you. This podcast is about how to use your mind to thrive in your career and create the subconscious breakthroughs that you need to get there. The subconscious blocks that you don’t even know you have to achieving your highest levels of earning and your best zone of genius moments and days in the flow. That is my goal for you. Let’s dive into the episode.

And before we dive into today’s episode, I want to remind you that I’m the coach who is always going to point you back in the direction of your own wisdom. And so before we get started, I want to remind you, listen to your own wisdom first. This means listen to yourself first and me second and anyone else for that matter. Take what resonates and throw away what doesn’t unapologetically. I won’t be mad. I won’t be offended.

In fact, I will be proud of you for doing so because I know from a lot of personal experience that anything is only as effective as the amount of resonance that it has within your uniquely built brain. And something is only going to work if it feels right to you and if you believe in it or if you want to do the work to believe in it. And that’s what I’m here to help you do.

Your inner wisdom is infinitely more valuable than mine when it comes to getting your outcomes and for what you are here to do on this planet. So I’m here to help you steer that wisdom in the most powerful way possible. I’m so happy you’re here. I’m so glad you’re here part of this. I’m so glad we’re here on the planet at the same time. Let’s dive into today’s episode.

So requirements, worthiness, you cannot have something or attract something and keep it if you do not believe you are worthy of it. Your brain will always figure out a way to sabotage it, get rid of it, or you’ll be in constant fear of losing it if you do not believe that you are worthy of it. So that’s number one.

Two, subconscious blocks need to be removed. We need to rewire the memories and those beliefs, rewire it into using it into different modalities. So I have different tools that I have used inside my program and on myself through all the work that I’ve done, and that needs to be done. It needs to be a priority. Three, you need knowledge and skill of communicating that value. You need to see the value every which way, right? So I used me and my business as an example, right? To get myself to the point where I was like, okay, I believe I’m worthy of having clients. I believe I’m worthy of helping people. I believe I’m worthy of giving them more value than they’ll ever pay for, right? Strong worthiness. You get what you expect and you deserve what you tolerate by Mark Graben. Yeah. I believe a slightly different phrasing. You deserve what you expect and you accept what you tolerate. Yeah. I mean, totally agree. So seeing your value every which way.

So when I do my marketing and if you’re here, so obviously it worked, I invited you, you showed up. I have to invite a lot of times in different ways, speak to you in a different, with a story or with an example, right? Because most people don’t show up the first time I invite them. They might not even read like a few of my emails, right? And I don’t make that to mean that I’m not valuable.

I make it to mean I haven’t communicated it in enough different ways yet for it to resonate with this person and for this person to show up, right? And so that’s my job is just to continue to figure out how to talk about this in different ways, how to share it in different ways and just become so relentless at that, that inevitably people start to understand it. They see, they start to get it. They start to see how the value is going to reflect in their own lives.

They see the benefit and that’s the journey. And it’s the same for when you’re wanting to get a higher paying job, when you’re wanting to get into a better situation, right? It’s not that you’re not valuable. It’s that you don’t know the skills or the knowledge yet you haven’t to communicate it in as many different ways as is needed to get lots of people saying yes to you, right? Because guarantee that’s what’s on the other side of this.

I’ve gone through it. As you probably know, if you’ve read any of my emails, like I’ve sent thousands of emails, I’m sure. And then the fourth one is spotting those high value environments, understanding them, knowing where to look for them, knowing how to identify them, and then avoiding ignoring the low value ones.

Like don’t even have them as a part of your awareness, right? And if you are doing a lot of volunteer work and you have been, there’s obviously justifications there. And I’m not saying that’s right or wrong, but I’m just saying you can evaluate what do you want? Do you want to be doing volunteer work in 10 years? Or how long do you want to do it for? What is your ultimate goal? Do you want to make more money? Do you want to put that time and effort into building something for yourself? So a few more examples. So this might be overkill.

We’re going a little over time. This is just how I roll. I might change it later. You guys will get some extra value here. So more examples of how this played out in the 10 years, more justifications, just to drive the point home if you hadn’t got it yet. My ex invited his parents to live with us without asking me. He didn’t ask me if I was okay with this. He just did it. And I was like, I justified it. I’m like, oh, but he’s so sweet. He wants his parents to be taken care of. They’re in a tough spot. Like, oh, that’s so nice. No, it was not okay that he did not discuss that with me first. That directly impacted my life, right? And I’m like, oh, but that’s okay. Like he’s just such a nice person for wanting to take care of his parents. Like, and I look back at that younger version of myself and I hurt for her. I’m like, oh my goodness, how could you put up with that? Right. I’m just such a different person now. But yeah, that happened. A year later, they’re still living with us and I have no place to sit.

So our living room was kind of small and they ended up taking up the whole couch. They sprawled out. They were very much takers. They just took from us. They moved in, ate our food. They didn’t contribute anything. They always said they didn’t have anything. Like they were very poor, very scarcity mindset, just severely in debt. They had to go for… I think they went bankrupt at one point. Oh my goodness. So they have no place to sit. I have no place to sit in the living room.

So you know what I do? I say, oh, I’m just going to go buy myself a chair and I’ll put it in the corner because I don’t want to disturb them. Like we had a big sectional couch, right? So there would have been technically room for all of us, but they just took up a lot of space and they sprawled out and they had pets. They had two dogs. They came with them. And so there was just, it wasn’t comfortable for me to squeeze in there. So I’m just like, oh, that’s okay. You know, they’re old and they have their own health problems and I don’t want to disturb them. So I’ll just buy myself a chair and I’ll put it in the corner, even though I couldn’t see the TV because the way that our living room was. I’m like, that’s okay. I’ll just sit on my laptop. No problem. I’ll just make this work because you know, I don’t want to be selfish.

Whenever I would say something about it, I would get accused of being selfish. So then his mom’s like, his mom’s having an issue with mobility. She’s old. She’s got a lot of health issues. So then he’s my ex. He’s like, well, she’s going to have to use our shower because it’s lower down, right? So she doesn’t have to step over a bathtub thing. And so I’m like, no, I don’t want her to. That doesn’t make me comfortable. I don’t want her in our room in the morning using our shower. And he goes, well, why not? I don’t understand. What’s the problem? And I’m like, well, I just don’t feel comfortable. I don’t like it. And then he says to me, well, I deserve someone who’s more considerate of my parents. This is what he says. And I’m like, oh my God, you’re right. I’m so sorry. I do need to be more considerate. I’ll just shower at work. No problem. I’ll get up early and I’ll go shower at work. No problem. I’m so sorry that I, you know, wasn’t considerate. You’re right. You do deserve better.Oh my God. Yes. These things happen.

I did this. So then my feelings, my needs completely neglected and shamed because now I’m selfish and I’m inconsiderate for saying that I wasn’t comfortable with this. Crazy. Right? Like this is an extreme example, but I know all of you have done a version of this. Probably not as extreme, but okay. So then I didn’t want him. This is why I did it. Like looking back and analyzing it all. This is exactly why I did it. I didn’t want him to stop loving me or get mad at me because that felt bad. So my nervous system’s like, no, you just go along with it. You just do what he says. Cause you need to be loved and you need for him to be happy or at least not get him mad. I didn’t want to inconvenience people who were having trouble already. You know, seemingly they have a worse life than me. They have health problems. They’re old. They don’t have any money.

I don’t want to inconvenience them or cause them any more trouble. And I believe that no one else would love me. I was like, if I leave him, I’m probably gonna be alone forever. And subconsciously my dad said, that’s bad. Nope. Don’t want to be alone. Can’t do that. So that was the reasoning behind it. Even though it was all complete nonsense, but I didn’t know that at the time, or I would not have done that.I just didn’t know what I didn’t know. Right? So the price I was paying for this, the tolerating of it was still ripping me up inside. Like on the external, I was doing what I thought I needed to do to get my basic needs, which was, you know, love and you know, what I thought I needed, but really I was crying myself to sleep at night while he was blissfully sleeping, not even knowing that I was crying.

I was working harder for approval only to continue to be ignored and shamed for my feelings and my opinions at every turn. So I made adjustments. I made excuses. I was like, okay, yeah, no problem. They can do that. I’ll figure myself out. No problem. I got it only like if I said the smallest thing to get accused of being selfish. Friends would ask, well, what about your feelings? And I would say, oh, it’s fine. His parents are struggling. Really. I have no right to complain about that.

Like they’re having such a hard time. And I’d go into the sob story of what they were going through when really they had created this for themselves. Like, this is just, they didn’t know better, but they just, they had created their own realities. Right? So the pattern was clear. And as you can see by all these examples, you can see exactly how I based my subconscious beliefs on what I learned from childhood, as far as valuing myself in a professional workplace and in a personal relationship. And it made perfect sense as to why I tolerated for that long.

So the reality reflects how you value yourself. So how much you earn now is a direct reflection of how much you value yourself. Right? And there’s no right or wrong. It’s just, you can look at that and be like, am I happy with that? Is that okay with me? Is that in a perfect world? Is that truly what I want? Okay. And just, I just want you to be honest with yourself. How you’re treated by other people, a direct reflection of how much you value yourself, right? How other people talk to you and treat you, a direct reflection of how much you value yourself.

The jobs promotions you get, a direct reflection of how much you value yourself. And actually what comes to mind is Kat. I don’t know if you’re here, but she’s one of the people inside my program. And she has a job in retail as one of the things that she does. And she talked about how she had a breakthrough where she was able to stand up for herself when somebody was complaining about her or telling her that she had done something wrong. And she spoke up about it, which she hadn’t done before.

And the behavior from this person stopped and this person started treating her differently. And it warmed my heart because I was like, she just took a step in valuing herself in believing that what she had to say was valid in that telling somebody about it and speaking up about that wasn’t okay. And that she had to say something like that was just a major milestone in being like, I am not allowing for that to be how someone treats me.

Therefore, I’m going to say something about it. And the way that you can do that, I coached her on it. We covered all that inside my program. There’s a way to do that because we get very nervous about it, right? We get afraid that we’re going to get rejected or shot down or let go even, right? Like that we’re compromised in what can happen to us. But there’s ways to do it in a way where you feel completely proud, justified, happy to voice your opinion and your feelings no matter what happens, okay? I’ll share a little bit about Kira. So Kira went from misunderstanding her own value to getting a clearer picture of it and selling herself into a role that she actually started feeling imposter syndrome around, right? So the role was so good and it paid her so much that then she was like, oh my goodness, right? This is a common problem too, right? And there’s nothing wrong with it. It’s okay. She got this job because she was capable of doing it. Now we had to get her brain to catch up with her own understanding of her value, right? So now she was able to get somebody else to see it.

And now she had to reinforce her belief and capability in it, right? So because the pay was higher than she was comfortable with and she felt that she had to perform at a higher level, she continued the coaching journey and was able to move past this and her promotion came through. So this isn’t work that stops. You come back to these tools over and over and over again. You reinforce and your value grows, okay? But this is also something that can happen like when we have a drastic change in our lives. And even if that’s for the positive, sometimes our brain has to catch up to it. And sometimes this can be what happens, which I think is a good problem to have.

So if you don’t know your own value, you’re not getting hired at a salary or job you want, and you’ll struggle to get promoted or get raises, this is a foundational step to anything you want in your career. So this is basically all the work that I’ve done coming together and being like, this is it. Like if you want to get to where you want to go in your career, valuing yourself accurately, properly, being able to communicate this value many different ways in your body in a way that feels good, this is the answer to that.

So why am I doing it? And so I decided I’m going to do this now. This is going to be a foundational part of what I teach because I’m seeing far too many good people that are really good at what they do. And they’re providing over-the-top amounts value, but they aren’t able to recognize that. So if you’re here, you’re taking the first step to that. But there’s so many people out there who just don’t know. Crystal says, I remember a time I applied for a position. I asked for a lower salary. Luckily, the VP was wonderful and offered me more. She saw the value that I did not see.

Amazing. So a lot of people are being underpaid, accepting less, and this is because they’re stuck by this pivotal blind spot. So that is exactly what this is.

It is a blind spot. This roadblock of identifying and really connecting with your own value to provide to the point where you don’t know, like you don’t need to accept less, right? So you wouldn’t even think about accepting less. The thing that comes up is this. I do know my value. I really do. But I can’t seem to convince other people of it. That’s what I see all the time. And to that, I want to say, you don’t need to convince anybody. You actually need to convince yourself. And if the results are not showing, it’s because you haven’t convinced yourself, right? Like I remember when I was in corporate with the messages that I grew up with, I never thought, oh, I’m going to need to convince them. I need to convince them. I never had that thought.

The thought was always like, oh, this is what I’m going to show them. This is how I’m going to show them. If they don’t see it, I’ll show them this. I’ll show them this way, this way, this way. I’m going to show you the different ways in a minute. So when you’re looking to get a better job or promotion, you need to understand the value that you bring to the company, the manager, the organization. And different people have different ways that they understand things, right? So different people will have a different grasp of it. Like we all have different ways that we think. We’re different energy types, different personality types.

We’re all different people. And so you’re going to need to learn how to communicate that so that it lands with the different people that you’ll speak to. So here’s the problem. When you fall into the trap of thinking, you know the value you bring, yet your results don’t show that. So there’s a lot of people on LinkedIn right now who are unemployed and have been for a very long time. And they’ll be saying, well, no, I have all the value.

I’m very confident in my skills, but I just can’t convince anybody else. Then your results aren’t showing that, right? I’m not talking to you specifically because I know you’re here and you’re learning. But that’s what I see a lot on LinkedIn, which is why I brought this into the presentation, is when you’re not getting those results, you’re not getting paid what you want. You’re not getting the offers you want. You’re not getting the raises or promotions that you have tried for and believe you’re qualified for. If that is not happening, and if you don’t feel 100% confident that you know how to do that regularly, then you don’t know your own value.

And that’s kind of the hard coaching that I’ve had to give people because people are like, oh, no, no, but I do know it. I do know it. My stories are great. I’m like, but the results are not showing that. So you are missing something. There are pieces that you are still missing. And I say that with love, right? Because I look back at my trajectory, and I’m like, that happened because I didn’t question those things. I never thought I needed to convince anybody. So this becomes a major blind spot.

And when you end up tolerating, because what ends up happening to those people that say, oh, I just can’t convince anybody, or I can’t convince people that of my value, but I’m very confident in it, is they will be like, well, if I can’t convince people, I guess I might as well take this lesser offer, or I guess I might as well settle for this, because I have it, but I can’t convince people. No, you don’t actually understand it. So how can you expect to receive back the value that you contribute when you can’t even see it for yourself, and you don’t know that you can’t see it, right? This is the key. This is the problem.

So I put together a program. So the reason I put together this new program, and I’m going to go through all of it, like for people who are already inside my program, I have a special, a different option for you. But for new people who have wanted to work with me for a long time, we haven’t taken that step yet.

This is for you. So it’s a powerful four-week program that teaches you nine different ways to communicate your value, to appeal to every brain and personality type, so that you can powerfully communicate your value in as many different ways as necessary to get people saying yes to you more easily and faster. So what’s included? So the five categories of the first part, which is the value creation.

So the VCVC method is two parts of this, but it’s like, you accurately need to value your soft skills with monetary examples. People don’t know how to do this because they think that soft skills aren’t monetizable. And sometimes we just need to do this for you.

Like a lot of this work. So with Jamie and with Rick, for example, they didn’t necessarily go and give their interviewer like a spreadsheet of all the numbers of the value that they contributed. But the way that it landed for them in their bones, they just walked into that interview differently, like a different person with an elevated value that that was felt by the interviewers.

So we do all this work. So you can present a spreadsheet with the value if you want to. And some people have done that. But a lot of the time, it’s just the internal work that you do. Right. It’s like when you’re dating, you’re just you’re not going to present a thing of all the value that you bring, but you just know. Right. So that’s kind of the difference. So you accurately value your soft skills.

You have to accurately value your hard skills, the value of your past contributions and the compound effects that they have, and understanding the trajectory of your future potential, which people do not include in that equation. And then once we’re clear on that, it’s going to be communicating the value. So soft skills, hard skills, past contributions, compound benefits and future potential. And this is all encompassing. When someone hires you and someone makes the commitment to you, they get all of this. And we’re missing out on talking about it, on expressing it, on painting the picture of the benefit of it.

And that’s one of the reasons why if you’re super qualified, you check the boxes or you don’t. You don’t have to. You know, if you’ve heard me talk before, I definitely didn’t check the boxes for the jobs that I had that I landed. But it was because I was able to tap into these sections. Right. So I would tap into future potential. I would tap into compound effect. I would tap into soft skills, even if I didn’t have those hard skills. That’s where people normally go wrong about, I need to check all the boxes.

So week three, value driven interactions. So this is where you need to set boundaries without being pushy or assertive. Like we can, the thing that people don’t understand is we can set boundaries in a very beautiful, loving way. Right. Because I believe that boundaries are for both people. Okay. So if you have a tendency to people, please, that’s not helping the person you’re pleasing in the end. Okay. You might think it is, but it’s not. Right. So setting, I should call it beautiful boundaries because I think boundaries are such a great thing. And I think that when you set them for yourself, not only do you feel amazing, but that’s when you become the magnet for the treatment that you want. Right. People will start to respect you more. They won’t dare like say certain things that they might say because you have set that standard for yourself.

It’s a standard. Communicate boundaries clearly with control and in a loving collaborative manner, learn the subconscious ways in which you instruct treatment from other people. So, and I love diving into examples of this. Like if you have a supervisor or a manager or somebody says something to you that doesn’t sit right, like there is a way to counter that in a way where you’re setting your boundary, you’re setting your standard for how you will accept treatment. And that person, they will change the way that they treat you or something will change. Right. But you will not sit there and take it day after day and feel bad and resentful and beat yourself up later for doing, for taking it. Like that’s not an option anymore. Not when you learn how to value yourself and then shift into receiving the respect, the treatment and the behavior from others that you deserve.

So week four, aligning with the high value people in places. So this is such a big part of it. We have to align. And this is where a lot of people don’t see the opportunities because they don’t know where to look for them or they don’t look for them or they don’t believe that they exist. Like I’m thinking my partner that I met, I didn’t know like where he was. I didn’t know that he existed. I didn’t like, well, I knew he existed, but I didn’t know exactly who he was or where he lived or anything. Right. Like I used the tool that everybody else uses and I attracted him easily. Like, yes, there was a few, like it wasn’t right away. Like it took six months of dating, but it happened and it was just perfect. Right. It was just like, no doubts. It was like, okay, next, next. Ah, that one hurt a bit, but okay, next. You know, and it’s like, I use the same tool that everyone else is using. So it’s not about the tool. It’s about how we show up and how we value ourselves and what we say yes and no to. And I talk about interviewing being sorting. Dating is sorting. You’re just kind of sorting through.

This one’s a no. This one’s a maybe. This one’s a no. That one’s a definitely no. That one’s a maybe. Oh, that one has potential. Right. But we’re just, we’re sorting and we’re discovering and we can have fun with this. So high value environments, we need to learn how to identify them. Just like I had to learn how to identify high quality people. Right. So I had one person, for example, who was very desperate to meet. He was like, oh no, no, we need to meet tonight. I’m like, well, I don’t really want to tonight. Can we do it in a couple of days? And he’s like, no, he’s like, let’s do it tonight. And he was really pushing me. And I was like, you know what? I don’t think this is going to work. I don’t like the way that you’re insisting right now.

So you know, it’s just a no. And I cut it off right then. Right. I was like, no, if this is how it’s going to start with him trying to push me, even after I’ve said no several times, that’s a no. Right. And that was me. That was an example of me identifying a low quality potential date very quickly. Right. Before it even happened. Right. And that doesn’t always happen. But like I it took me one, two and a half months to realize that that was not a high value place for me to be. Right. But we have to learn to identify these so that we’re wasting as little time as possible on them. And we’re moving through to the next one so that we can identify the high value ones until the high value ones just start showing up. Okay. Does that make sense to the point where we’ll just ignore and bypass the low value situations without feeling like you’re missing out on anything? Because you’ll know, like, I didn’t feel like I was missing out when I said no to people. I was just like, nope, that’s just a no.

Focus only on where you truly belong and feel grateful to be there. So at the end of the day, you’re going to feel so grateful for where you end up for yourself, for going on the journey for yourself, for learning these skills so that you could have a higher value life. And then you’ll attract the salary, respect and opportunities that you want, and you’ll stop settling in life and you’ll have a life that brings you joy and value in return for what you put out.

You’re already doing that. Now let’s allow you to benefit from it. The alternatives are settling for less because you believe you have no choice, remaining unfulfilled, underpaid, disengaged, blaming external factors like the market or the lack of available options or that there’s no demand for your skills or whatever excuse somebody might put to say, I’m not in that role because, and then if it’s not something that you can control, it’s not a valid excuse.

I mean, I’m sure there’s exceptions, but for the most part. Unidentified subconscious beliefs keeping you stuck in these outdated patterns. So that’s ultimately what will happen if you continue on that same path. Okay. So the same path will lead you to the same things, right? So it wasn’t until I discovered that podcast in 2018, and I signed up for Brooke Castillo’s program, life coaching program, and I changed everything. That was my turning point. Okay. And I needed someone to show me these things. I wasn’t getting it on my own.

So why most people stay stuck? They haven’t done the work to value themselves. Without this work, the default is to take what you get, to take whatever falls in your lap, whatever comes your way and get trapped in toxic security. So if you’re in my signature program, you know that it costs $3,000 to join me in that program.

My one-on-one coaching is usually five to 10K. I’ve charged 10K in the past. I had a recent sale where I charged 5K, but I’ve been doing this for a long time. I have my life coaching certification. I have hundreds of results from clients to prove that I’ve been working consistently on this problem. So I basically have my PhD in this too. But in this program, I’m going to tell you what it’s called. This is a program specifically about learning your value. In this program, you’re going to get a lot of one-on-one time with me, and you will walk away with a personalized asset of your values on paper, clearly delineated in nine different ways.

So the program is two payments of $5.97, or one payment of $9.97. You save $1.97 when you pay in full. And you’ll also receive some bonuses when you apply, or when you, it’s not apply, you would just, you can sign up, when you join me before January the 1st. So I’m doing this now. I was like, oh, why am I launching something in December? And I’m like, it could not wait. As you can see, I was so passionate about this. I had the idea and I’m like, I have to share it with people before the year ends, because I want to start in the new year so that people can start on this work.

So it’s going to go four weeks. It’s going to start in January, and we’re going to have the most amazing time together. You’re going to be the people that sign up with me for this. It’s going to be, you’re going to get one-on-one time. We’re going to go specifically through your value. Okay. So you’re going to be, you’re going to get personally taken care of by me. So 30 days, you’re going to, this is one of the bonuses that you’re going to get. There’s going to be a few bonuses that you’re going to get.

Ramona has a question. Just a question from a bit back. When the company puts up monitors to watch you while you work, do you threaten to quit or leave quietly? I don’t care which one, whatever you want. So 30 days value bundle. This is 30 days of videos with incredible mindset shifts. If you ever had any trouble putting yourself first, it will change the way you see yourself. So this is the, I did this 30 day value challenge where I made a video every single day for 30 days. And I showed you exactly how to place value on yourself in different areas of your life. Right.

And this is the thing that people kept telling me, because it was a, it’s a bonus inside my six figure curriculum program. So if you’re in that program, you get access to this already, but people would tell me this is the reason why I wish I found you first, instead of going to all those tactical, the coaches that will show you the resume and show you, you know, give you tactical things to do. This was the thing I needed. And this was such a game changer for so many people. And I received the feedback on it. So I wanted to include it as a bonus.

The second one is the self-confidence rocket launcher. So this is one of the most popular activities inside my program. And it’s designed to get you crystal clear on exactly how to value yourself in all the different ways. So we have everything from every different direction so that there is no choice at the end of it, but to value yourself heavily. And then the nine strategies for when you don’t check all the boxes. Who here feels like they don’t check all the boxes for the jobs they want to apply for? Put the word boxes in the chat if you do.

Ramona says, I asked for more money at my last job. And when they said it wasn’t feasible for them, I think I made the mistake of saying that I would have to start looking elsewhere. I was laid off three months later. Yeah, Ramona, I think this all comes into you missing that value because it’s kind of like a universal thing, right? Like if you’re aware and you feel the value in your bones, you know how much you want to make, it will, you will make a plan to make that happen, right? We don’t know how it happens. We never know the how, right? We just know the mindset that’s required, the feelings that are required. Lots of people not checking all the boxes.

Okay. So this is a new bonus that I’ve created recently because of all you saying in the chat that you, that you don’t check all the boxes because I never checked all the boxes for any of the jobs. My very first one said I needed a degree. I didn’t have that. I was in college. So I put, I’m doing my business administration certificate and I interviewed, but really what it was, was the value and the referral at the time as well, but it wasn’t the boxes.

So nine strategies for when you don’t check all the boxes, that’s one of the bonuses. And then the program will run for January, 2025, and we will begin then. And so these are the two options. So two payments of 597 or one 997. And you can save a So this is Rod. He was struggling. Well, despite being highly qualified on paper, and he did check all the boxes and he was still struggling. So it’s like, even if you do check all the boxes, there’s a lot of people who are saying I’m overqualified. People keep telling me I’m overqualified.

I can’t get the job. Even though I check more than all the boxes, right? They also don’t know how to present their value properly, right? Because lots of people can check the boxes, but lots of people don’t know how to communicate the value in all these different ways. And it starts because they don’t know what it is, right? So this is just another example, right? And I want to say, testimonials are not specifically a plug for my program or my work, even though they are because these people specifically work with me.

However, they’re just to show you what is possible in a short amount of time, right? It’s like, even when I’m watching other people’s sales pitches and stuff, I’m like, I love watching the testimonials because I love to see what is possible. And so I love even more to actually listen to the people. So I’m just putting it on text on the screen.

But Rod has a full podcast, episode 149, where we interviewed in detail what he did. And he talked about this. He said he was able to recognize his value in a new way through the process, the VCVC method. And they reflected back to him. They said to him, we want you here at the table when making decisions for the company, right? Incredible. So, and then this is the last bonus.

So the bonus, the VCVC method masterclass. So this is where I actually took people specifically. And so you can see them already, and they have already gone on to land their jobs. So the people that I took through the VCVC in this masterclass, I believe at least two of them came on and did a podcast interview with me. And they were able to completely transform how they saw their value. The reaction, normally, after we go through this process is, oh, I’ve been so underpaid for so long.

Like, it’s just that revelation, like, oh, oh, my goodness, right? It’s kind of like when I woke up and realized, oh, my God, why have I been putting up with this for so long? Right? It’s like an out of body experience sometimes. So that’s one of the bonuses you’re going to get. Then you’ll get the nine strategies for when you don’t check all the boxes, and self-confidence rocket launcher, and the 30-day value bundle.

So that is four bonuses on top of the original program where we’re going to go through and do everything customized to you. So we’re going to do your VCVC method, you’re going to get the value creation for you personally, value communication for you personally. So what I outlined in the weeks there.

So I’m going to stop the share for a minute. And then I’m going to put it in the chat for you. I’ll be sending out more information with this so that you can read it over carefully. So I know some people, they like to make a decision right away, and they’re just in and then some people like to, and I don’t like to rush people. So I will give you time to think about it. I will allow you to ask as many questions as you want. That’s just kind of how I am. I just want you to feel comfortable and confident. And yeah, any other questions that we’ve got, I’ll just put the links in the chat. And then I also have availability to pay by PayPal, too. Some people asked me for PayPal. So I’ve made PayPal links available and I’ll put those into the email.

Oh, I have a Q&A. Hi, is this program in the afternoon or evenings as it is live or pre-recorded? Yeah. So the bonuses are all pre-recorded. Good question. And it’ll be alternating. So it’s going to be four weeks. And so we’ll have some in the morning, some in the afternoon, and I’ll send out the schedule. But either way, like this program specifically is going to be a foundational course to my bigger program later. So it’s a lower price and you’re getting it for a really good deal right now because it’s going to go in as part of my bigger program.

So I’m going to make sure that you get what you need, no matter what. So if we need to schedule a separate time, if you can’t make it, that’s okay. We will. Nasha, this might just be what you need because I know you’ve been around for a while and I know that you’ve been in the same job for a while. And I know I’ve spoken to you before, and I know that you probably resonated with a lot of what we talked about today. All right.

So this is kind of an in the middle option, right? Because my big program is a little bit like more out of reach financially for some people. And so I wanted to provide something that was in the middle, but it was also just going to give you so much value. Like you do this work one time and then it ripples out into the rest of your life.

Oh, and if you are already a part of my program and you already have the six-figure curriculum and you haven’t landed your job yet, email support because we have a special option for you if you want to participate in this as well. So if you’re already a part of my program, I want to take care of you. So email support, and if you’re interested in this and you want to join this one, we’ll have a really special deal for you. I think some job descriptions scream low value with how they’re written. I try not to assume too much, but sometimes it’s obvious. Yeah.

Well, when you get that gut feeling about that and you’ve looked at a lot of descriptions, you’re probably right. You want to trust yourself on that. All right. Well, we’ve almost gone for two hours here. I’m going to be doing another one of these presentations. You’re welcome to attend it at 1 p.m. It probably won’t be as long as this one, but if you wanted to ask more questions, you’re welcome to come back then.

You’re welcome to come and watch it again. It’ll probably be slightly different. Oh, please provide the program link. Oh, I didn’t need to provide the program link. Thank you. Oh, a bunch of people are asking for that in the Q&A. Awesome. Okay. I can’t believe I didn’t have it. So right now we just have, we have the checkout pages. So here’s the, the two links are there in the chat. I will be providing the PayPal links, follow up by email.

Did everybody get the emails? Sometimes I have people saying, when’s your training? I didn’t get the email. Just put a yes in the chat. If you’re good, you’re getting the emails. And if you’re not, just email my support. Okay. So support at AskNatalieFisher.com. If you have any questions at all, email support. And if you’re already a part of my program and you want to join this one, email support for the special opportunity that we have for you. Cause I will take care of you if you’re already part of my program. Okay.

Program links are there. Support is there. Look in your blocked messages too. Yeah. So check your spam, put a whitelist me if you want to receive my emails. I do send out a lot of emails. I don’t mind if you want to completely ignore some of them. I’m like, I send out a lot of emails. That’s just what I’m going to do. Cause I have a lot to say. Okay. I will grab the PayPal links now. They are long, ugly links just so you know, because that’s, I don’t know how to do it any other way, but if you would prefer to pay by PayPal, that’s totally fine. And if you pay by PayPal, just to let you know, we have to let you in manually. We have to give you access manually to the portal and everything.

So it might take like an hour or so, but there’s a video there that explains that, but you’re more than welcome to pay by PayPal. All right. Any other questions anybody has? Okay.

Well, I think that’s it for today. Thank you so much. I’m so grateful for all of you for being here, for listening to my stories, for resonating for all your wonderful comments and energy. I’ll be back again at one to do another one. If you want to hang out. Thank you, Nasha.

Thank you, Crystal. Amazing. Yep.

I put the PayPal link in there, Jessica. Thank you. And yeah, we’ll be following up an email with the replay so you can watch this again. Can’t wait to work with you guys. Okay. We’ll see you very soon.

Bye-bye. Hey there. Thanks for listening.

If you’re new here, I’m Natalie Fisher. And if you want to take this work even deeper than the podcast where I help you apply it and I help you dig into your own personal situation, you have two ways to do that. So that’s the two ways that you can work with me. If you want to take the work on the podcast deeper, the links for those are in the show notes below. To go right away, you can go to www.nataliefisher.ca forward slash start.
